This Letter of Transmittal, properly completed and duly executed, together with all other required documents, must accompany certificates for subordinate voting shares (the “Subordinate Voting Shares”) of Ignite International Brands, Ltd. (the “Corporation”) deposited in connection with the proposed consolidation (the “Consolidation”) of the outstanding Subordinate Voting Shares on the basis of one (1) post-Consolidation Subordinate Voting Share for 100,000 pre-Consolidation Subordinate Voting Shares to be voted on by the Corporation’s shareholders (the “Shareholders”) on August 24, 2022 (the “Meeting”), as more particularly described in the accompanying management information circular of the Corporation dated July 22, 2022 (the “Circular”).
